The Pampadromaeus was a small bipedal dinosaur that belonged to the Alemoa member of the Santa Maria formation in Brazil. They were first described in the publication New Stem-Sauropodomorph (Dinosauria, Saurischia) as being from the Triassic of Brazil by authors Cabreira et al., 2011. Styracosaurus albertensis was a centrosaurine ceratopsian, closely related to the Centrosaurus. Its name literally translates to ‘spiked lizard’ and was given by Lawrence Lambe. This dinosaur was endemic to North America, with the fossil of the type species being recovered from Alberta, Canada. Styracosaurus lived during the later stages of the Cretaceous, about 75 million years ago. It was one of the last ceratopsians to have evolved. Currently, fossil remains of this majestic ‘spiked lizard’ species are kept in the American Museum of Natural History, Natural History Museum Utah, and a few other places....

The Zhenyuanopterus is an extinct genus of a new boreopterid Pterosaur found in the Yixian formation of Liaoning, China. Only one species is known of this Pterosaur from the lower Cretaceous period called Z. longirostris. The species was first described by Lü Junchang.The species Z. longirostris of the order Pterosauria was named by Junchang in the year 2005. The genus was actually named after Sun Zhenyuan who gave the fossil found to Junchang and Zi Fan....

Jennifer and her husband serendipitously adopted Jane the pittie shortly after they moved into their new house with their other pups. Jennifer’s husband mentioned that he saw a neighborhood pit bull mix jumping over their fence to run around and play. When Jennifer went out to greet the dog, the pup warmed right up to her. After learning she had been a stray for a while, Jennifer took this little “Jane Doe-g” to the vet, and the name just stuck!...
